1. About Poker Rivals

Poker Rivals: Online Hold'em is an online multiplayer poker entertainment game intended for users aged 18 and over.

Poker Rivals does not offer real-money gambling.

Virtual chips, diamonds, items, expressions, rewards, rankings, or other virtual content available in the Game:

• have no real-world monetary value;
• cannot be redeemed for cash;
• cannot be withdrawn;
• cannot be transferred into real-world currency; and
• are intended solely for entertainment within the Game.

2. Age Requirement

Poker Rivals is intended only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

We do not knowingly permit children under the age of 18 to create or use Poker Rivals accounts.

If we become aware that an individual under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information or created an account, we may suspend or delete the account and take reasonable steps to delete associated personal information.

3. Account Registration and Authentication

An account is required to use Poker Rivals.

We currently support account registration and authentication through:

• Sign in with Apple
• Google Sign-In

We do not currently provide traditional email-and-password registration.

Depending on the information made available by the authentication provider and your account settings, we may receive and store information including:

• email address;
• display name;
• profile image, if available;
• unique authentication or provider identifier; and
• information necessary to authenticate and maintain your account.

When using Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your personal email address if you choose Apple's email privacy functionality.

Your use of Apple or Google authentication is also subject to the applicable privacy policies and terms of those providers.

4. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information.

4.1 Account Information

We may collect and store:

• account identifier;
• email address;
• display name;
• username;
• profile image or selected avatar;
• authentication provider;
• authentication provider identifier;
• account creation date;
• account status;
• last login or account activity information; and
• related account settings.

5. Profile Information

Players may create and customize profiles within Poker Rivals.

Profile information may include:

• display name;
• username;
• avatar or profile photo;
• country;
• level or progression;
• league or season information;
• leaderboard position;
• achievements or similar gameplay information.

Some profile information may be visible to other players as part of the Game's social, leaderboard, matchmaking, or competitive features.

6. Profile Photos and Human Moderation

Players may either:

• choose an avatar supplied by Poker Rivals; or
• upload a profile image from their device photo library.

Images uploaded from a user's photo library are not immediately published to the user's profile.

Uploaded profile images are placed into a moderation queue and may be reviewed by authorized human administrators before they are approved or rejected.

This review process is intended to prevent content that may be inappropriate, abusive, illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, discriminatory, threatening, misleading, or otherwise inconsistent with our rules.

Authorized administrators may access uploaded images only as reasonably necessary for moderation, safety, compliance, and enforcement purposes.

We may reject or remove profile images that violate our policies or applicable law.

7. Display Names and Usernames

Players may change their display name or username subject to limitations imposed by the Game.

Currently, players may generally change their name or username once every 14 days.

We use automated systems designed to identify and prevent certain inappropriate names or symbols, including content relating to:

• racial hatred or discrimination;
• sexual abuse or sexual violence;
• sexually explicit or abusive material;
• harassment;
• hateful or extremist content;
• offensive symbols; and
• other prohibited or inappropriate content.

Automated systems may prevent a name from being submitted or displayed.

We may also manually review, modify, restrict, or remove names that violate our rules or applicable law.

8. Country Information and IP Address

When an account is created, we may automatically determine the player's approximate country based on the player's IP address.

This information may be used for purposes including:

• assigning the player's country within the Game;
• displaying country-based leaderboards;
• localization;
• fraud prevention;
• security;
• analytics;
• service operation; and
• compliance.

IP-based country detection provides an approximate geographic location and may not always be accurate.

We do not require precise GPS location for this purpose.

9. Device and Technical Information

When you access or use the Game, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

• device model;
• operating system and operating system version;
• application version;
• device identifiers;
• advertising identifiers, including IDFA or AAID where available and permitted;
• device or application language;
• time zone; and
• other similar technical information necessary to operate, secure, analyze, or monetize the Service.

10. Gameplay and Progress Information

We collect information concerning your activity and progress within Poker Rivals.

This may include:

• game results;
• hands, matches, or gameplay activity;
• virtual chip balances;
• virtual diamond balances;
• unlocked content;
• virtual items;
• owned expressions or emotes;
• rewards;
• achievements;
• tasks or missions;
• league information;
• season progress;
• leaderboard points;
• rankings;
• account progression;
• purchase entitlements;
• advertising removal status;
• game participation information; and
• related gameplay statistics.

We use this information to provide, maintain, synchronize, secure, and improve the Game.

11. Friends and Social Features

Poker Rivals includes limited social functionality.

Players may:

• send and receive friend requests;
• add other players as friends;
• remove friends;
• block players;
• report players;
• invite friends to gameplay activities; and
• disable incoming friend requests through profile settings.

We may store information regarding:

• friend relationships;
• pending friend requests;
• blocked players;
• invitations;
• invitation timing; and
• related social interactions.

The invitation system may include cooldowns, rate limits, or other anti-spam protections designed to prevent excessive or abusive invitations.

12. No Player-to-Player Chat

Poker Rivals does not currently provide a free-form player-to-player text or voice chat system.

Players cannot directly send custom written messages to each other through the Game.

During gameplay, players may interact using predefined expressions, reactions, emotes, or similar content.

These expressions may be obtained through mechanisms such as:

• the in-game store;
• rewards;
• events;
• progression; or
• promotional activities.

Because expressions are predefined by the Game, they do not provide users with a mechanism to submit arbitrary text content to other players.

13. Blocking and Reporting Players

Players may block or report other users.

When a player submits a report, we may collect and store information including:

• the reporting user's account identifier;
• the reported user's account identifier;
• the selected or submitted reason for the report; and
• the date and time of the report.

Reports may be reviewed by authorized human administrators.

We may use report information for:

• community safety;

• abuse prevention;

• account moderation; and
• protection of players and the Service.

Where appropriate, we may temporarily or permanently suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate our rules, policies, or applicable law.

14. Leaderboards and Competitive Features

Poker Rivals includes seasonal and competitive leaderboard systems.

Leaderboards may include rankings based on:

• rank;

By participating in applicable gameplay features, certain profile and ranking information may therefore be visible to other Poker Rivals users.

15. Push Notifications

Poker Rivals may offer optional push notifications.

Notifications may be used for purposes including:

• invitations;
• friend-related activity;

• rewards;
• seasonal updates;
• account-related information;
• promotions; and
• other relevant Game notifications.

Push notification functionality may use Firebase Cloud Messaging and platform notification services such as Apple's notification infrastructure.

A device or push notification token may be processed as necessary to deliver notifications.

You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

Disabling notifications does not prevent you from otherwise using the Game.

16. Analytics

We use Firebase Analytics to help us understand how players use Poker Rivals.

Analytics information may include information relating to:

• application usage;
• gameplay interactions;
• feature usage;
• device characteristics;
• app version;
• sessions;
• events;
• approximate geographic information;
• device identifiers; and
• other usage and technical information.

We use analytics information to:

• understand player behavior;
• improve gameplay;
• identify technical issues;
• improve Game performance;
• measure feature usage;
• evaluate events and content; and
• improve the overall Service.

Firebase is provided by Google and may process information according to Google's applicable privacy terms and policies.

17. Advertising

Poker Rivals contains advertising.

We currently use or may integrate advertising and mediation services including:

• Google AdMob
• Unity Ads
• Meta Audience Network
• Liftoff Monetize / Vungle
• ironSource / LevelPlay

These providers may process information including:

• device identifiers;
• advertising identifiers;
• IP address;
• device information;
• operating system information;
• app information;
• advertising interaction information;
• approximate location derived from IP address; and
• similar technical information.

The exact data processed by an advertising provider may depend on:

18. Personalized Advertising and App Tracking Transparency

On Apple devices, Poker Rivals may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency ("ATT") framework.

If you grant tracking permission, advertising partners may use permitted identifiers and related information to provide, measure, or optimize personalized advertising.

If you decline ATT permission, we will respect that choice and will not access the IDFA for tracking in circumstances where Apple's rules prohibit such access.

On supported Android devices, advertising personalization may also depend on:

20. Removing Advertisements

Poker Rivals may offer an in-app purchase that removes certain advertising from the Game.

Purchasing an advertising-removal product does not necessarily result in the deletion of information previously processed by advertising or analytics services.

It may also not disable analytics, fraud prevention, service measurement, or other non-advertising processing that remains necessary to provide the Service.

21. In-App Purchases

Poker Rivals offers digital products and virtual content through in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed entirely through:

• Apple App Store / Apple In-App Purchase, or
• Google Play Billing.

We do not directly collect, process, or store your:

• credit card number;
• debit card number;
• bank account details;
• card security code; or
• complete payment credentials.

Payment information is handled by Apple or Google according to their own privacy policies and payment terms.

We may receive limited purchase-related information necessary to verify and deliver purchases, such as:

When account deletion is requested, we will begin the process of deleting or irreversibly anonymizing personal information associated with the account.

Associated personal data will generally be deleted or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days after a valid deletion request.

Deleting the application from your device does not by itself delete your Poker Rivals account.

You must use the account deletion functionality or submit a deletion request.

30. Information We May Retain After Account Deletion

In limited circumstances, certain information may be retained after an account deletion request where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.

Examples may include information necessary for:

• legal compliance;

Virtual items or virtual currency lost as a result of account deletion generally cannot be restored.

Where required and technically applicable, we may instruct or rely on our service providers to delete or anonymize information associated with a valid account deletion request according to applicable agreements, laws, and provider functionality.

We do not require photo library access unless you choose to use a feature that requires it.

You can manage permissions through your device settings.

Some features may not function correctly if the relevant permission is disabled.

40. Photo Library Access

If you choose to upload a custom profile image, the App may request access to your device's photo library.

We use this access to enable you to select the image you wish to submit.

We do not use photo library permission as authorization to collect your entire photo library.

Only content selected or otherwise intentionally submitted through the applicable upload functionality is intended to be processed by us.

41. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Changes may be necessary because of:

• new features;
• changes to third-party services;
