Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required in your country and be legally able to accept these terms. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Entertainment only

Poker Rivals is a social poker game for entertainment. It does not offer real-money gambling, cash prizes or a way to redeem virtual chips or items for money or anything of real-world value. Success in the game does not imply success at real-money gambling.

License and virtual items

We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the game. Virtual chips, diamonds, rewards and items are licensed digital content, not property or currency. They may not be sold or transferred outside features we expressly provide.

Purchases

Purchases are processed by the applicable app store and are subject to its payment and refund rules. Prices and available items may change. Except where law or the store’s rules require otherwise, completed purchases are final.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit errors, harass others, impersonate people, manipulate results, trade accounts, reverse engineer the service, or interfere with its security or availability. We may investigate and restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features, balances or the game to maintain security, comply with law or improve the service. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Termination and contact

You may stop using the game or request deletion at any time. We may suspend access for violations, risk or legal requirements. Questions can be sent through the support channels published with the game.
